| Encora Inc., announced today launching of its' Quality Engineering practice and it's CMMi initiatives. Encora plans to achieve CMMi level III certification by early 2008 and to a CMMI level 4 certification thereafter.

CMMi will enable us to a much more disciplined approach to development
of products and delivery of services from offshore" said Venu Raghavan,

Encora Quality engineering practice will focus on delivering automation tools and frameworks, performance and reliability engineering in addition to providing full range of testing services to it's clients. The Quality engineering practice is aimed at bringing in best practices and processes and build stronger in-house competency to deliver QE services.
