Encora, Inc. an emerging leader in Collaborative Product Development and Telserra Global, the leading provider of wireless transaction processing networks to emerging markets and cash based economies, today announced a strategic relationship with Telserra that provides Telserra accelerated delivery capability and technology expertise for major product development and re-engineering initiatives.
Under this agreement, Telserra will transition its Research and Development (R&D) operations in Gurgaon, India to Encora and Telserra’s India team will become an integral part of Encora’s Global product engineering team. Through this relationship, Telserra expects to accelerate product innovation and compress time to market by leveraging Encora’s deep experience with full Product Delivery Life-Cycle.

With this transition, Encora will have its second offshore delivery center in Gurgaon in addition to its rapidly growing development center in Bangalore. According to a recent report by Forrester Research, more than 60 percent of captives are struggling to achieve the anticipated performance or productivity advantages due to an inability to scale, high attrition and poor integration with onshore teams.
