Venu Raghavan, Chief Executive Officer

Venu Raghavan is the Founder and CEO of Encora Group, BVI and the winner of 2008 Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year® in the Emerging category in Orange County/Desert Cities.

Venu has more than 18 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, in both operational and advisory roles. His role includes strategic planning, developing executive client relationships, driving revenue and extending the overall business model through strategic partnerships for the organization.

Venu has a successful track record of building sustainable businesses. He last served as the Managing Director with Ness Global Services (NASDAQ: NSTC) and was responsible for the Enterprise Technology business in the US. Previously, Venu was the Vice President at SeraNova Inc, a NASDAQ-listed e-Business Services Company

Venu has held various leadership roles in Sales and Relationship Management at Intelligroup, Max Avnet - Motorola and E.I.D Parry Group of companies.

Venu holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and Bachelors Degree from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Venu is a Board member and part of the Executive Team of TiE, Arizona - a global networking and mentoring organization dedicated to the exchange of knowledge and entrepreneurship.
