Rony Daniel, AVP Resourcing – North America

Rony has over 12 years of experience in spearheading the recruitment and operations for various information technology companies. Prior to joining Encora, Rony worked for various companies including Intelligroup and Fourth technologies.

Rony is responsible for the entire US recruitment and operations. Apart from handling the day to day recruitment and operations, he also plays a key part in handling several key client relationships on a regular basis. His responsibilities go beyond building, shaping and managing the resourcing department, creating a strong vendor management system and building a strong brand name for the company.

Rony holds a Master degree in Business Administration from Dhruva College of Management, Hyderabad
