Nitin Panchmal, President

Nitin brings 22 years of experience, building global software businesses, managing Operations, Business Development, Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategy.

Nitin was the co-founder, President & COO of Meritos Technologies, a leading provider of outsourced product development services which provided development services to over 14 US based technology companies, which was acquired by Encora Group, BVI.

Earlier, Nitin was a Founder Member and Executive Vice President & CPO at Symphony Services Corporation where he was instrumental in building the company from ground up to an organization of over 1400 highly talented people and helped build several development centers for some of the largest global software product companies.

Previously Nitin also worked for several years as Vice President at i2 India (erstwhile Aspect Development) building the India operations to over 1300 professionals. He also served in various roles in India Satcom Ltd., a premier satellite communication company and with the Lamina Group.

Nitin did his graduation from the University of Mangalore and his Masters and a Post Masters in Management & Human Resources.
