Kinesh Doshi, EVP – ISV Practice

Kinesh brings over 16 years of experience building innovative technology solutions, leading cross-functional teams and managing long-term client relationships. Currently, as Executive Vice President, Kinesh is responsible for leading the vision, the strategy and the execution of Encora’s ISV Services Group.

Kinesh is a thinker and a passionate speaker on issues concerning product organizations. He advices ISVs on areas of strategic importance such as product development strategies, market-entry strategies, approaches to building an effective product management process, building a metrics-driven organization, selecting the right product engineering methodology, leveraging offshore to improve profitability and time-to-market and many others.

Prior to Encora, Kinesh was the founding member of Apar Infotech and was instrumental in its growth and its emergence as a leader in the Outsourced Product Development (OPD) space. At Apar, Kinesh led the solutions and delivery organization and played a key role in building extended teams for well-known organizations such as SAS/Marketmax, Spectrum, Peopleclick, Cleartrack, QVC, SPX Corporation and Federated Investors.

Prior to Apar, Kinesh held several leadership positions at Renaissance Worldwide and TCS. Kinesh holds a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Delhi University, an M. Tech. in Electronics Engineering from IIT, Delhi and an MBA from Kellogg School of Business, Chicago.
