Gurucharan Kodange, Vice President – Talent Management

Gurucharan brings in 15 years of experience in creating and managing recruiting organizations across the spectrum, from building the market intelligence engine, establishing the global recruiting organization and managing the ongoing operations. He bring in strong expertise in architecting strategies for brand building to creating leadership in the market space and building recruiting strategies incorporating best practices to address the complex needs of the customers.

Prior to joining Encora, Gurucharan served as GM – Talent Acquisition at Symphony Services, a product engineering outsourcing company and was responsible for growing symphony’s Analytics and Software group from ground up to over a 1000+ people over a three year period. Prior to this, Gurucharan worked at Sapient Corporation, a global business and technology consulting company and at companies like Trigyn (formerly eCapital), HCL, Kenet, in India as well as the Asia-pacific region.

While not attending conferences or lecturing as speaker, he can be found brainstorming with customers, peer leaders and community members for radical ideas for future. Gurucharan has several firsts to his credit.

Gurucharan holds an MBA from Great Lakes – Academic collaboration with Stuart School of Business – IIT Chicago
