David Croskey, Director - Strategic Business Development

David brings over 10 years of client relationship and strategic business development experience in the IT field. As a Talent Consultant to Fortune 1000 companies, he has been successful in building mutually beneficial relationships with his clients. David has extensive experience consulting clients on talent and staffing strategies in the areas of Application Development, Business Intelligence, Project Management Office, Business Process Improvement and Quality Assurance.

As Director of Strategic Business Development, David is instrumental in leading Encora's Enterprise Consulting and Staffing practice, developing marketing strategies, leading a high-performance business development team and managing several key client relationships.

Prior to Encora, David has held senior positions with CN-tec, Software Plus and IT Ascent in addition to starting and managing his own IT Consulting Services company.
