Educational Qualification :		Bachelor’s degree in engineering / B Tech /MCA
Knowledge & Skills
3+ years of IT experience with 2+ years in web-based Java/J2EE development Good experience with Java Development and Unit testing Experience of interpreting designs done by other developers such as UML diagrams, object models, ER models Strong understanding of web concepts such as HTML, JavaScript, session-management, multi-tiered programming, etc Good experience with following programming guidelines and standards

Exposure to Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, etc will be a great plus PL/SQL / Oracle experience will be a strong plus Experience of Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, Ajax, JUnit, etc will be a plus
