Experience :		5 - 7 years of experience in Software development preferably in a software product development environment.
Educational Qualification :		Bachelor’s degree in engineering / B Tech / MCA
Knowledge & Skills
5 - 7 yrs of overall IT experience Strong Microsoft technologies background (including ASP.Net 2.0, C#, SQL Server, etc.) and legacy Microsoft technologies ( ASP, COM and VB) Design skills (Object and Data modeling, UML, Design Patterns) Experience with workflow systems, ERP (Finance). Experience with Dynamics (esp. Great Plains) is nice to have. Experience managing small teams of up to 5 resources. Should be able to travel to the US for 4 - 6 weeks
