Responsibilities
This person will be responsible for detailed analysis and documentation of business requirements and aligning the business requirements with technical solutions. Work closely with business owners and development to define project scope, elicit business requirements and create business/functional specification requirement documents. Responsible for all phases of requirements, gathering data, creating requirements, sizing requirements and defining tasks. Manage requirements volatility, integrity and continuity with business owners by facilitating and prioritizing changes to meet time constraints. Serve as a liaison between business and development to clarify business requirements. Work closely with the testing teams to ensure that requirements are testable. Review test cases created by the testing teams to ensure that the test cases adequately define the business process.
Qualifications Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to elicit and document business/functional requirements Excellent business analytical skills Knowledge of Object oriented analysis and design Ability to multi-task amongst many projects Knowledge of these tools: MS Word, MS Project, MS Visio, Excel Knowledge of the Insurance industry is highly desirable
