- A minimum of 5 year's experience in analysis,
design and development of the enterprise application
integration (EAI) layer of Web-based, multi-tiered
applications that make extensive use of XML and
relational databases.
- Extensive knowledge of basic BizTalk Server 2004
and 2006 concepts, including orchestration, data
transformation, message and envelope level schema
debatching, custom pipeline development, invocation
of custom .NET components, single sign-on, error
handling and compensation, party resolution, failed
message routing, HTTP/SOAP adapters etc. is essential.
- Knowledge of more advanced BizTalk Server 2004
and 2006 concepts such as Business Activity Monitoring
(BAM) and Business Rules Engine (BRE) is desirable
for Junior Developer and essential for Senior Developer.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies including
SCRUM is essential.
- Experience in using issue tracking and document
versioning tools is essential.
- Knowledge of, and experience with, .NET development
using C# is desirable.
- Knowledge of the CSLA.NET v 2.0 architecture is
desirable.
- Experience in using UML and/or other system specification/design
techniques, Version Management and Release Management
systems is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills are a key requirement.

| BizTalk Experience |
|
- Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in BTS 2006/2004
- Clarity on EAI concepts & BizTalk Fundamentals
- Practical knowledge of schemas, maps, orchestrations, pipelines, xml/xsl, web services
- Exposure to Correlation, Business Activity Services (BAS), Business Activity Monitoring (BAM), Business Rules Engine (BRE)
- Experience with various adapters like FILE, FTP, Sharepoint, MSMQ, HTTP and SOAP.
- Message tracking and debugging skills using HAT
- Deployment, troubleshooting and maintenance skills
- T-SQL programming knowledge

| Basic Object Experience |
|
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in C# using .NET 1.1/2.0
- Clarity on OOPS & .NET Fundamentals
- Practical knowledge of xml, web-services/remoting, COM+, Microsoft Enterprise Library (MEL)
- Exposure to Sharepoint & Infopath
- Object documentation skills.
